wow some days ’self talk’ is louder than other days - which then brings me to a place to look at what have I changed lately? What have I been doing differently that allows the self talk to be talking louder? Often than not I have either changed something in my routine or let something go. I noticed this this week, I took on more than I could chew is how I see it and I got in overwhelm and what was working for me two weeks ago just got swamped. I think has ‘humans’ we tend to do that we think we have in under control and whammo we allow it to swamp us. So I’m back to basics looking at what worked two weeks ago and implementing that again.
So I’ll be picking up the my mind makeover CD and listening to that again, concentrating on the tracker and the points that are working for me. Three things a day towards the three goals I have set for myself. A recommitment to what I said I would do is how I see it. I feel much better just writing this and exressing this in word format. Yeh back on track - I love the self talk that says “I can achieve anything I set my mind to”

I love the My Mind Makeover system. I’ve been listening it on a regular basis, or rather my affirmations in my voice. Perhaps not as regular as I should but more than I was a year ago which was ZERO. One of the affirmations I have is that I am a writer and that my thoughts are flowing more easily. I noticed yesterday that I’ve been on a writing bing and I’ve been getting my words out of my head and on to paper more easily. It’s been unbelievable. And such a joy for me.
Plus I have found that I am more susinct in verbal expressing at the moment as well. Something in that system just works. Now I have to admit I’ve been away from going to the tracker and filling in what I’m up to and achieving. I’m not sure why and it is something I’m playing with to see why. There is always a why to what we do in the present and most of us realize it comes from a past. I love Jim Bunch and his work and though I know I came to him with a heap of knowledge already but Jim’s information and knowledge has extended my way of being.
thanks Jim and thanks to The Ultimate Game for the difference it makes to me.

One of my favorite expressions is when you point the finger you point two fingers back at yourself. What that means is; as you point the finger at someone about something you don’t care for then take a look at yourself and see if what you dislike resonates in yourself!
My son is struggling with one of the children in his class, he doesn’t care for that other child. So this morning I recommended that he look at himself and see if what he dislikes about this child isn’t something that is also within him! At first I could see that he wasn’t sure what I meant, so I fleshed it out a bit more and I could see him think. I think you can see where I’m going with this. I’ve given my child something to think about and will follow up to see if it is something about himself he doesn’t like.
I have another child and he doesn’t care for one of his brothers friends. The mother of that child and I both agree that both boys are very similar in how they view the world. When they both get past what it is they supposedly don’t care for in the other child they are actually a great team. They bounce off each others ideas after all they both see the world in black and white and both kids don’t tolerate grey.
My point to you is; if you start pointing the finger at someone take a moment to look at yourself and see whether that complaint also lies within you. See if it is something that deserves your attention about you.

I admit it I’m addicted! I find at times that week when we don’t have TUG (The Ultimate Game) calls the week I need TUG. It’s the week that stuff happens. Fortunately, now I have a good network of support and great high level players that are always in my community and willing and able to talk.
This week I’ve been challenged with my ’stuff’ over where we live. It’s a very nice neighborhood, in fact a very quiet one in the heart of silicon valley. There is a large hospital site near our home, which is now vacant and there is a builder who is wishing to build on this site. Here we have a builder who now wishes to turn over 50 % of this site into rental properties (it’s probably more if you do the math). The construction work will take up to 5 years to completion. All I hear is noise, trucks, transient workers, inconvenience and dust!
My challenge is devising a plan that allows us as a family to win! So I will sit down and take some time and design our new neighborhood, home and lifestyle to reflect what I want now. Fortunately, Jim’s course has enough of an infurstructure and network to create my new dream home, career and lifestyle - I am blessed.

I get clearer each time I speak to a TUG member that the aim of the game is community building. Community building like no other community. Here is a chance for like minded souls and individuals to hang out and brain storm. Like minded folks to come up with something new, change a thought, create a way, develop a widget, emphasis a method and then next you know it’s a completely new environment.
Rather awesome if you think of it. Hundreds of people learning a new way of thinking and talking weekly and mind blasting ideas to form something else. It’s quite revolutionary but more than that it’s taping into a small group of people who can affect the greater mass. Wow - do you get the difference? Connecting the dots is what I’ve called it before - it’s pretty awesome.
Enjoy your weekend doing the best game in town Tuggers: The Ultimate Game!

This quarter in TUG (Thu Ultimate Game) we are concentrating on our health. A small group up here in the Bay Area are taking on different our health goals. Mine is entitled Grace and Ease. I decided that mornings were too stressful for me and as a result the children and I would work towards peace and harmony - a ZEN state so to speak.
For about five years now we have made a habit of saying prayers on the way to school. I really like this exercise for a number of reasons, as a mom you get an insight into what is on your child’s mind. I have one child who constantly prays to not get a flip of a card in school. I digress.
One of my goals is to have all the check ups I need to do to ensure my health is on track. So I’ve done most of the necessary check ups and then today I discovered there is a lump under my left armpit. Great think I and then my self talk starts “oh you are going to die” “you have xxx” “you don’t drink enough water” “you are unhealthy”. Well I caught that for about 20 mins and then I realized I needed to reach out to my community so I rang a friend who is a doctor but I didn’t get her at first. I did get my friend the nurse and she assured me not to worry but to get to the doctor. Fortunately my doctor friend did call and we had a good discussion and she gave me some information. Thursday I will see my doctor and my mind has resolved that it is just a lump - nothing more nothing less and it will go away.
I think what this brought up to me is that I would really like to learn more about the Sedona method. Another thing to do but in time right now I’m concentrating on TUG.

I love TUG because it gives me tools to manage myself and ways to ensure I’m winning the game.
I realized a few months ago if Jim and Jack are sharing this information with us with the conviction that they have they must be on to something. How do I know this because there are some things in my life I’m passionate about and I know that those things make a difference to who I am in the world. Let me give you an example - I love my Jeep - I can easily talk to people about it and the advantages to having it when I go out on hunts. I love to talk about pots and pans - I probably know more about kitchenware than your average person having grown up in a wholesale business that sold and imported kitchenware. Then there are some books I feel have changed my outlook on life and given me insights to who I am and I can rave about them. I’m very passionate about Landmark Education and the entry level course they have to offer to self development and awareness.
So when I hear Jim and Jack talk about their programs and their concepts and ideas and how their knowledge has benefited them I’m totally enrolled. I realized the other day that the passion with which Jim talks about some of his course is how I talk about some of the things I do and that that passion speaks louder than anything else.
Jim’s course has given me great insights to my career, how I create wealth, enjoying my days with my children, insights into my health. Wow it amazes me how the 9 environments move in and out of one environment: Me, myself and I.

For two years I have avoided the My Mind Makeover recording of my affirmations. I had a list of affirmations I had wanted to record in my computer and had shared them with Jim and had had his input on my desired affirmations. However, I still ’sat’ on the task of doing the deed! Mental block? Lack of desire? perhaps self talk that went “I don’t deserve” “I’ve tried this before and it won’t work” …. whatever it was there for me.
Once before I had promised I would do this - but my buddy also supported me in not completing this task! LOL such is life at times. Sometimes our buddies can support us in our rackets - something worth remembering. And something I was aware of so I was guilty of attracting the right buddy to support me in my racket! LOL
Well when Jim found out what I was up to and that I hadn’t done the My Mindover Makeover - I knew he wouldn’t let me get away with it too long but I’m a trained rat and an educated one in the TUG program so I knew it would be up to me to make the commitment to do the recording. So today I missed the conference call and I spent about an hour with Ken of MMM and we got my technical issues sorted out and I’ve now recorded my affirmations and I’m so happy!

How does that song go?
There are four of us in the Bay Area that are all part of The Ultimate Game (TUG) coached by Jim Bunch. After The Ultimate Game workshop in San Diego I took it on to reach out to those that were in this area and interested to brain storm, support, master mind and hang out together. Like minded people hanging out together definitely supports the mimetic. Kim, Liz, Beth and myself (Saskia) have been connecting over the last few months bimonthly our theme is Health. Today we came up with a name for the group. I would encourage other Tug players to formulate their own local groups if you feel you could benefit from this.
As a group the California Girls are focusing on Health we have been discussing forms of exercise, health issues, food, vitamins, healthy food, and then of course the outcome of what we are currently creating! California girls ROCK!

I’ve been doing vision boards for years. In fact there was a group of us that would meet on the 1st Day of the year and get together and create our boards for that year. Susanne would host the event and it was a wonderful all day event. I loved those get togethers, and I highly recommend a group event.
The year I got married I created this board, that involved travel, babies, weddings, motor bikes, hot cars and more. The day I created this board I was not even really dating my now husband. We were in the talks of dating. We had known each other 18 years so changing the dynamics of our relationship needed to be addressed so we didn’t loose that friendship side of our relationship. If I look at that board now I can tell you most everything on that board happened that year. I even went to places that I never expected to visit. When John Assaraf of www.onecoach.com talks about his vision board to his son - it was like that for me when I pulled it out after having had it also in storage for five years. Here were all the places and hotels that looked similar, here was the little baby with blonde hair and blue eyes, here was the SAME wedding cake!
The power of vision boards is so cool. That’s why I love Jim giving us the vision board tool he gave us in one of our classes. And I love the fact that Jack Canfield has now a set of vision boards http://www.dreambigcollection.com . Alternatively you can do what I did back then get a bunch of magazines, scissors, glue and some cardboard and start creating.
Word of warning make sure you be clear in what it is you are wanting to have this coming year. Why I say this the year I created my first vision board I cramed in so much and my year was like that; extremely busy. So be clear and I guess precise. Enjoy
